Welcome to my website and thank you for taking the time to look. I hope you find everything that you need here however, please get in touch if you would like to know more about any of the therapies listed and how they can benefit you.

I have a space at home to offer treatments and I am also able to travel to you.

A bit about me and my journey into therapies:

I relocated to Worcestershire 16 years ago with my husband, which gave me an opportunity to change direction, having up until that point, mainly worked in finance and in office environments. I had considered training as a nurse, teacher or therapist previously, but lacked the confidence to take the next step. Moving offered me an opportunity to change direction and I was fortunate to be offered a job as a physiotherapy assistant in a hydrotherapy pool soon after moving to Worcester, which is where my therapy journey began. I found something that I really loved and have become passionate about - supporting people to live well no matter what challenges they may be facing.

I have worked therapeutically with people experiencing conditions such as fibromyalgia and arthritis, people recovering from surgery and in Women's Health supporting people both antenatally and after delivery, to promote recovery and healing.

I support people experiencing neurological changes such as strokes, MND, Parkinson's and ataxia and have previously provided therapeutic massage on rehabilitation wards, encouraging normal movement of affected limbs by providing sensory feedback and gentle exercises.

After experiencing a difficult birth, I wanted to find something that would help me recover both physically and emotionally and found a wonderful therapeutic massage course which provided everything that I needed. I met some wonderful friends, gained a massage and bodywork qualification and the confidence to transform my life for the better. I would love to share my skills and experiences with you and to help you rebalance.

I currently work part time as a Complementary Therapist in a local Day Hospice supporting people with life limiting conditions and people receiving conventional treatments (chemotherapy, radiotherapy and hormone therapy), to regain some control over their lives, reduce symptoms and live as well as possible. I know from experience and feedback from clients just how beneficial complementary therapies can be in soothing over-stressed systems and for boosting self esteem.

Treatments that I offer include therapeutic massage, energy balancing (Reiki) and relaxation techniques such as mindfulness, meditation and visualisations. Deep relaxation is often the main focus which allows the body and mind to switch into a restful state, allowing healing to occur.

Each treatment is tailored to suit your individual needs, so there can be more focus on reducing muscular tension, improving sleep and digestion and easing discomfort and pain for example and they can be used as a powerful tool to help you take charge of your overall health.

I offer a safe, comfortable and confidential space at home and have a portable table for home visits. Treatments can also be completed in a seated position if that works better for you.

I am happy to treat people of all ages however, a parent or guardian must be present during the session for anyone under the age of 18.
